Our company (Zhengzhou Dahua Mining Machinery Co,LTD ) offer PCB recycling equipments , this system has two sections .
One is dry condition, to separate metal and non metal. This system have dust collector, so little air pollution.
Description: 1.put old PCB board into primary crusher, the material will be crushed; output size is about below 30MM.
2. Put crushing material into main grinder, some fineness material (above 80mm)would be sent into cyclone separating device. Blow 80mm would be sent into rotary screen, rotary screen have four layers, four discharge opening: one 20mm ,two 40mm,three 60mm ,four 80mm . 20mm and 40mm size would be sent into grinder to regrind again , 60mm and 80mm size would be sent into another cyclone separating device to separate , then metal and non-metal will be separated .
Second is wet condition, separate other metal using shaking table.
Description:1.Put metal or mixing material on belt conveyor , magnetic roller has been mounted on the head of belt conveyor , when the material is run there , the Fe will be removed by dry magnetic roller, left material would be sent into mixer to mix evenly .
2. Then sent to shaking table, according to different gravity, the different metal and little nonmetal will be separated very well.
